9-19/9-26 High pressure industrial centrifugal fan
1. Purpose:
The 9-19 and 9-26 centrifugal fans are generally used for forging furnaces and high-pressure forced ventilation, and can be widely used for conveying materials, conveying air in gases that are non corrosive, non self igniting, and do not contain viscous substances. The temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 50 ℃ (up to 80 ℃), and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium do not exceed 150 ㎎/m ³.
2. Form
(1) This series of fans is a single suction type, with 13 machine numbers including No.4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, and 16.
(2) This series of fans can be made in two types: right-handed and left-handed. When viewed from one end of the motor and the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-handed rotating fan, represented by "right"; Rotate counterclockwise and call it a left rotating fan, represented by "left".
(3) The position of the fan outlet is represented by the angle of the casing outlet, and both "left" and "right" can be made into 6 angles: 0 °, 45 °, 90 °, 135 °, 180 °, and 225 °.
(4) The fan transmission mode is divided into two types: Type A (No.4~6.3) and Type D (No.7.1~16).
3Structural characteristics
(1) No.4~6.3 is mainly composed of impellers, casings, air inlets, brackets, etc; No.7.1-16 is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission group, etc.
(2) Impeller: The 9-19 impeller has 12 forward curved blades, and the 9-26 impeller has 16 forward curved blades. After the impeller is formed, it undergoes dynamic, static balance, and overspeed tests to ensure smooth operation, safety, and reliability.
(3) Shell: The steel plate is processed into an Archimedean spiral shaped snail shell by a CNC laser cutting machine.
(4) Air inlet: a convergent streamlined overall structure, connected to the front cover plate group with bolts.
(5) Transmission group: composed of a main shaft, water-cooled bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel, and the bearing box is an integral structure, using ball bearings and lubricated with bearing grease.
